Is it normal?
i actually have two pairs of jeans that are over $1500 each.
it's made by this japanese company that sells their stuff only with invitations,
with hand woven jacquarded denim and metallic threads and whatnot.
a lot of denim collector people actually buy these to hang it on their wall as art pieces.
i know... it's really stupid.

This was in the photography forum, posted by asukadc. Anyone know what brand they are and if they really cost that much? The caption was "osaka dragon". I asked and noone answered me there...

and yes, some of their stuff are really expensive,
because they weave their denim just like the way traditional kimono fabrics are made.
http://www.evisu.com/
but their regular lines are around $150-$200.
also puma sells jeans made together with them.

You're going to spend $150,000 on a car...
If it loses $12,000 per year in depreciation, that's a thousand per month...
If you only drive it once per week... that's like $200 every time you step into it...

Like Seung and his 1500 jeans. He's into Denim collectables.
It's like anyone who's into things and spends money on them. Watches, electronics, etc.
I've dreamed about getting a car like this and I finally can.
