What a fvcking joke!!!Since I am staying at a hotel until Friday in San Francisco, for the last 2 days I have to go online with a fvcking modem. To make it worse, for some reason I can ONLY get 24kbps - 26Kbps on a 56K modem at my hotel. Coming from a spoiled T1, T3, and cable modem user, modem is just too freaking slow for anything. Modems should be OUTLAWED so ONLY DSL, cable modem, and above should be allowed!!!Cannot wait to get back HOME...

 

Dude, I feel your pain. I have had DSL at the home office/command central for about 8 months. It's been great lately, but there was a point duing some upgrades that I had to connect using my backup account and modem. Man, I don't know how people can do it! Gotta have that speed...!
