I really am becoming offended by the whole Boi thing. It IS common in Asia in referring to young man, much like someone in the U.S. would say Dude, or man, or bud. It may be slang, but it is absolutely NOT getto in any sense of the word.
This is starting to get a familiar ring to it.

Another argument is that the seller says "Refurbished to new condition". Is it new or is it refurbished? If it is refurbished its just plain refurbished. Its like selling a used car with 50k miles in good condition as a "new condition car".
Which once you get to 50k miles, it is more likely to have problems then a 0-50k car.
