The office gut...who got one?
man over the last two years I have gained 30 lbs by taking a desk job, anyone else feel my pain?
I went from a skinny dude who could never gain weight, 6'3 155 lbs, to a skinny dude with love handles and mini keg..anyone else gain weight their first few years when taking their desk job?
looks like it is time to get a gym membership and a good diet plan

I've noticed that myself when I used to work security and went from patrol on a bike to dispatcher(only option if I wanted to move up in the rank to Sgt.) doing paperwork and sending officers to calls and posts. Then, as soon as I made Sgt., I went back out on bike as a roaming supervisor. Years later I quit and am a tech and installer for heating and a/c company and turned out allot of muscle from the job. Need to still lose the gut though(still working on it).

Desk jobs make people fat....
I work a desk job and I'm in the best shape of my life. All you have to do is workout after work and eat right.

I do 1 hour of heavy cardio 4 times a week, plus I usually get up from my desk and walk a quarter to half-mile twice a day. Occasionally, I'll do some weights at the gym, too. I don't eat super-healthy, but I seldom intake more than 2000 calories in a day. I seldom eat fast food, I've cut out sodas entirely, I have yogurt & a slice of turkey for breakfast, usually a wrap or sandwich for lunch, and then whatever I can find for dinner.
Yet, I still have pudge. Not sure what to do about it other than just not eat at all.
