I gained a lot of weight over the years since I went from a blue collar job to IT. Lost a lot of it over the past year, still got a lot more to go.

 

do you know who's white collar, very busy, and not fat? cardiologist and cardiothoracic surgeons.

as busy as they are, they make time for a healthy lifestyle b/c everyday they see the results of bad lifestyle.
same thing with dentists and bad teeth.

 

Desk job and I am in the best shape ever. Just have to force yourself to the gym 4 times a week or so and eat reasonably well. I admit, sometimes it sucks and it's draining, but it is so much better to be a little tired and see a 6 pack in the mirror than to not have seen your dick for 3 years but be rested.
