Office relationships... Looking for some advice
Last September I started talking with one of our accountants at work. We just started emailing back and forth, and eventually I asked her to hang out with me. We ended up going to the county fair. I asked her to hang out a couple more times after that, but each time she had some sort of excuse. We continued talking at work, but eventually that started to die off. I just gave up and started going out with other women.
Starting this year, we started talking again. After another failed date I asked her if she wanted to hang out again. I went out with her again last Saturday night, we went to a comedy club. Once again, I had a really good time with her. I'd be interested in becoming more than just friends, but I'm not sure how I should make my move, I'm just afraid of things becoming awkward if she says no.
Some relevant pieces of information. First off, I'm 24, she's 26. She's never been in a relationship, so it's not like she's going back to some ex-boyfriends, and she doesn't sleep around. Both times we went out, I paid for everything, and she didn't offer to help pay for it. She doesn't drink anymore, so I can't just get her drunk and make my move.
So what should I do? Should I ask her to do something again this weekend or just wait? How should I proceed? Looking for some solid advice, not PIIHB stuff. For those of you who say no to the whole idea, I want to do something, I don't want to be wondering well, what if...

your situation sounds .... all kinds of weird.
-first off, how do you know she's never been in a relationship? at 24?? really?
-second, coworkers? questionable, but do-able
-third, seen her that many times and no ... physical contact...?
-doesn't drink "anymore?" Again, at 24? Who quits drinking in their early 20s? Why?
I have no good advice for you.

She's never been in a relationship,
There's plenty of strange out there, dating co-workers is retarded.
well.. depends on
your office policy. Will the boss discipline (or fire) you once (not if) the relationship is out in the open?
how large is the work place. Contingency plan for likely event of relationship not working out? Small office is awfully uncomfortable b/c you WILL run into her again.
how hot is said girl. it may be worth it.
my wife used to work with me. Then I got another job so we started dating. Now we work in the same office.

All I need to hear, don't do it. Every single girl I've ever seen in her first relationship is just retarded when it comes to how to act. And the fact that she's older then you means she probably won't take your advice well when you tell her that people need to lead seperate lives for most relationships to work. So when she flips the f*** out because you have friends and want to do things without her, it'll lead to a bad breakup. Then you have to work at the same place with her, and chances are you'll just end up losing your job because women are about as immature as possible at that point in time.

don't walk, run, away from her and her problems
if you are having this much trouble over what would be a worthless relationship, you need to get out more
don't pay for everything all the time, that's a chump move

tuna - the no relationship thing isn't all that bad IMO, at least she's doesn't have any baggage. No physical contact, besides just hugging. That's why I need to do something so now so I don't get stuck in the "friendship" zone forever. The drinking thing, she told me the whole story behind it, it's for medical reasons, it's legitimate.
s2020 - no office policy against it. The office that we work in has 500 people, I will definitely run into her again, but it's not like we have to be working on projects together. I'd rate her at probably an 8.5, tall, blond hair, green eyes, nice body.
jp money - yeah, I did make up my mind, what I'm asking is how to proceed, what's the best way of making my move. How can I be able to play it off if she turns me down?
DFWs2k - all women are crazy and have problems. I know her pretty well, and her problems and issues I can deal with. I don't mind paying for stuff as long as it works out
s2kcolin - She not ugly by any means. She looks really good. She's about an 8.5
