I'm pretty sure everyone has said what needs to be said:

1. Don't shit where you eat. The only time I've found it okay is if the two parties involved are at least a VP away from each other.
2. You're 24. Bang everything that moves. Save the relationship talk for when you're 26-27, and have some idea of where you are professionally, and where you want to go.
3. If she hasn't been in a relationship at 26, there are a couple of reasons why:
a. She's a dirty dirty girl. Find these chicks outside of the office.
b. She's really really messed up in the head when it comes to men. Causes are too numerous to list here, and not worth your time.
c. There's some cultural or religious behavior. Once again, not your problem.

You've already pushed her aside once. . . time to do it again. If she comes back, hit, then quit it. Be clear what you want, and she'll respect you. She may not like you, but she'll respect you. . .

 

Seems like she's blown you off a number of times. If she doesn't make the next move, I'd go about my business... elsewhere.
