From hall of fame running back to this? OJ's become so pathetic, doing whatever he can to desperately cling on to whatever public attention he can get.

No actually it said he was not guilty. Being innocent and being not guilty are not always the same thing. Being innocent means you didn't do it. Being not guilty means that someone couldn't prove you did. You can be not guilty because you are innocent but that's unlikely the case for OJ.

anyone who was that good at football, cannot be all bad!!!

OJ is the model of good citizenship.

People are just looking for a reason to sue him now because of his previous problems with the law.

At least he didn't kill the guy.

Oh, don't forget that little "Innocent until proven guilty" thing. It's allegedly one of the core values of our criminal justice system. OJ has not been proven guilty, therefore in the eyes of the law, he is innocent. IANAL, but I don't believe the law makes any distinction between innocent and not guilty.

That said, I'm probably 99.9% convinced he did murder two people. And I don't really doubt that his temper got the best of him over some fender bender, either. But I'm biased. Justice is supposed to be blind...

OJ said after the trial he was dedicated to finding the killer of Ron and Nichole.

He must think that it was a golfer because thats where he spends most of his time when he's not in court.

The reason so many people have firm opinions about OJ is that vitually every moment of his trial was shown live on worldwide T.V. We still don't have the guts in this country to allow T.V. cameras into courtrooms. We have our gross miscarriages of justice as well, they're just not quite so high profile!

The difference is that those who maintain OJ's guilt have had the opportunity at least, to listen to the evidence and form their own opinions.
