Does anyone take this on a regular basis?

Does anyone have any background information/general information on this anitoxidant?

Side effects? Harmful nature?

i took it for a few years. haven't done so for a while (too expensive a habit), but when i was taking it i felt pretty healthy. no side effects on me, i had the powder form which i took first thing every morning with a bit of water on an empty stomach. it's sweet and tasted nice.

Too expensive?

How much was it costing you per month, if you don't mind me asking Mingster?

How much do you spend on vitamins?

Sorry for all the questions. I'm seeing if I should get my parents to switch to OPC3.

well, i'm not old enough to be your parents, and i buy the stuff from wal-mart or costco in bulk. all in all, i think i spend about $20 a month on multi-vitamins. you have to take into account that the older you get the more supplement you might want to have, so what i spend may be 1/5 of what others spend on health supplements. there are too many out there, so i didn't bother.
