i have to agree with the above posts, i dont think the sperm can last in the acidic environment of the stomach.

but if it happened, it must have been perfect conditions or something... and in the real world i dont think perfect conditions really happen

 

ha yeah i dunno, doesn't seem true to me either but it's there in the archives. someone in the comments posted they thought maybe it was protected by saliva and that if you're malnourished you don't produce stomach acid like normal.

some also thought it was a hoax because of the details and there was a similar false story about a civil war soldier getting shot through the nuts, and the bullet ended up passing through some woman's uterus and impregnating her. but that one was intended to be a joke and the story was later cited by others as true w/o doing the proper research.
