I have had a surge of customers asking me for organic milk lately, was there an article or news brief released recently on this topic?

Personally I only drink milk in my morning latte. Usually half and half, for diabetic reasons. I have just about every other kind of milk in stock for the customers, soy, low-carb, skim, whole, 2%, and lactaid. Lactaid, soy and low carb don't froth worth a damn. Avoid them at the coffee shop if you can, they taste strange too.
