Default Parking By Design

I don't think anyone has brought this to S2ki before - http://www.parkingbydesign.com/text.html

Might help those less versed in the ways of keeping your car dent free.

This is good stuff, especially when your specialty is, as mine is, risk management.

I only scanned through the article because it pretty much describes my exact philosophy about parking.

It's great to see that other people are as anal as I am about keeping their car ding-free, especially since I was recently criticized by a couple coworkers for parking so far out.

It doesn't work. You will always piss somebody off one way or another.

Peeps say to park far to keep from getting dinged. Lots of times I'm just running in to get a quick beverage so parking far with the top down is kinda scary. Putting the top up and then back down again is just a hassle. = ( Guess ill keep parking dangerously.

If they made the parking spots big enough for Hummers, we wouldn't have a problem.

At U of MD, the faculty parking lots had (has) wider parking spaces than the student's spaces.

May be a hassle, but the extra 7 secs are worth it for peace of mind...
