Default Patting myself on the back!

I just finished competing in our Zone Walk-Around competition and believe it or not I Won!

I had already won 2 other smaller competitions at the dealer and district level and I thought that was pretty cool.

I'm pretty excited so I thought I would post... I'll probably read it later and think to myself why did I do it but OH Well!

Thanks! A walk around is a customer focused product presentation and demonstration.
For example when you go in to look at a care the salesperson should show you and demonstrate the car to fit what you are looking for in the vehicle. This competition was held on the 2001 Honda Civic. The competition is based on how well you communicate, listen, present, interact, sell honda as a company, product knowledge, and competitive comparison knowledge. You have to do all of it within 20 minutes. One judge acts as a client and the others watch and judge you.

One of the best things of the day was the plant tour at East Liberty, where they make the Civic.

Thanks again!

I would definately put JSHYTHEHONDAGUY in the "top salesman" ratings for selling cars!!!

I just had a chat with him, and he's a really smart individual, and definately not your "run of the mill salesman" He's a clear head and shoulders above the rest and is definately passionate about his job and the S2000. Heck, I was so impressed with him, I was almost ready to have him fill out a credit application over ICQ with him! He went out of his way to answer my questions, and I thank him for that. I don't know of any salesman that would read a PM, go out and install ICQ just to get in touch with me, and answer my questions!

Please don't ever switch the job you're doing! When the time comes for me, I'll definately want to deal with you!

Hello Jeremy,

I am NOT AT ALL surprised by this. I purchased my S2000 from you last May and you definitely were the best car salesman I have ever met!!! Bar none. You went out of your way to serve. Thanks. If Honda keeps producing the S2000, I may pay you a visit in a few years.
