If he's picking up free stuff(or insanely cheap) from people on craigslist chances are they arent going to sign any kind of "bill of sale" or anything like that just so he can use it to turn a profit.

When I give shit away on CL I give an address and tell them to come pick it up so I dont have to interact with any of them lol

How? By using PP, it requires one to sign in; and to sign in, one has to sign up for an account. Or maybe I don't know of the technique you're referring to.
