I've been a verified user with this outfit for three years with more than 65 transactions all on the same freakin' credit card. So I try to send a vendor payment for a product and it says "only ships to confirmed address" so when
I call these PP goobers for a WTF they tell me for some reason years ago, they
had an electronic glitch that prevented them from checking my card against my address. So, I ask, "ok, so how do I confirm my address with this card on file since the address you have in your records matches the mailing address of the card and has done so for three years?" Get this...his reply was, "since the card initially didn't get confirmed, we can't use that card, you'll have to use another."
OK EBay, thanks for making paypal even worse than before. I told the guy, "no thanks, I've reached my anger management point with you idiots."
Now I know why so many business' refuse to deal with PP anymore. Who would of thought a freakin' money order would be less hassle?

 

hmm i have a worse one.....

someone used our paypal account (business) so the account was locked....the problem with this is there were payments to us so we can not accept payment and get money, or even refund the money....so essentially they are holding the money hostage...

to get the account unlocked they have all these "easy steps" which whenever are completed there is always some problem..

 

urgh that's why i don't use paypal ..
