I have a Palm Vx and I use it heavily. Keep in mind before you buy a PalmOS device, that you know if the OS is upgradable. Most HS Visors/ Sonys can not be flashed by the end-user.

PS: For you PalmOS guys check out these slick Palm Apps by Mochasoft at http://www.mochasoft.dk/

Palm Pilot:
Mocha Pocket TN5250
Mocha Pocket TN3270
Mocha Pocket Telnet/SSH
Mocha W32 PPP
Mocha W32 Keyboard- Enter date directly to you palm using you PC KB

nibble,
the idea of memory sticks is fine. to utilize the full capacity of the n710c, the memory sticks are almost a necessity (given the video and mpeg capabilities). even better would be having a digital camera from sony that uses the same sticks. you could carry pictures of your stook if you were inclined to do so. also, sony make sticks that have a capacity for 120mb. i think the m5 palm series only can use 64mb.

It may be big but I love my Kyocera QCP 6035. I'd been toting around a Nokia AND my Palm Pro (very old now). One HotSync and now just one device to carry, finally.

Pinky,

I went with the Visor Platinum. So far I'm happy with it. The only thing I was unsure of was the fact that you can't upgrade the Handspring with newer releases of Palm OS. I liked the idea of the expansion slot and hope to use it. I almost went with the Palm 505 but it was $100 more than the Visor although it now also comes with an expansion slot.
