According to a friend of a friend worked in the Chicago Public Library, and apparently homeless people do that sort of stuff all the time.

 

I believe you should be allowed to view pr0n at internet computers, I mean hell the library is a place for information without censorship, maybe placing an adult area internet capable computers would be a good idea?

Pretty much all libraries are homeless shelters now. Alot of degenerates also make it their home.
