People enjoying the library TOO much

Really, you mean to tell me that no books in the public library mention or where ever used in a paper on the green door? Please! You pick the green door which as many know happens to be one of the most famous p0rn movies ever. It was ground breaking and I'll bet there are lots of writings on it found within the walls of a library that would be excelent for researching the subject.
Text would have no graphic portrayals of fellatio or intercourse. Text would discuss the merits of the movie and its ground breaking status.
There's a clear difference between scholarly text regarding a movie in your example, and actual p0rn websites. You KNOW there are clear differences.
You're correct.
The argument is that any material including the movie itself would be good for research and that a library is a place for just that sort of information.
No one here is going to argue that watching a p0rn at the library is right, but censoring it is shady business.

I dont care who you are. Masturbating in public is not right and illegal PERIOD!!
Looking at p0rn in a library is not unless otherwise posted by that library.
Looking at illegal child p0rn is not acceptable no matter where you view
it, so do you guys still believe in non censorship in the library?
My point is if you allow patrons to go to whatever site they wanted they would take it to the extreme! You cant check out a Hustler or Playboy magazine in a library so why should you be allowed to check out p0rn on the internet in the library.
Save that shit for da house man!

Actually its a right not a privlage. This is the metality that gets us all in trouble. Driving is a statutory right as well.
If you meet the statue it is your right to use the library drive etc, it cannot be taken away but under court order.
We are not talking about masterbating in public nor it legality we are talking about censorship.
We are also not talking about making any illegal activity legal.
However the internet is the internet and censorship or any kind EXCEPT that which is illegal isn't right just because you get or anyone else gets "sensitive"
