agreed. i'm not very familiar with education issues but i just think teachers deserve way more than what they are getting now. maybe it's time they raise an educator's qualification requirements?

with posting.....as long as you get the jist, who cares.... if something is so garbled that it is not readable that is different, but who gives a crap if someone types Loose vs Lose? Mute vs Moot, ****head vs ****head, **** vs ****

It's not anal retentive, it shows a lack of education on the poster's part.

It shows their ignorance and and indifference plus it makes them look dumber than they, probably, are.

Notice that they will get ragged on much more often than others who post correctly. It is like the kid that always got picked on in grade school - they have that "look"

 

maybe i'm being anal retentive but i have 35 year old co-worker with the worst writing skills i have ever seen. her actual work skills are always top notch and ethical but if she was ever brought to court God forbid, for any of her treatments and her notes were presented, they would just laugh her outta the court. even now the other coworkers have a good laugh behind her back reading her notes. anal retentive or not it's just a sad thing to not have a good grasp of grade school level english skills.

 

I can't stand "prolly" rather than probably.
