Stop for a month, exercise, drink plenty of water. Last day or two, drink normal levels of water. If this is hard to do for whatever reason(not going to ask why you need so much water) then do the following:

Have a, quote "Clean" friend, pee into a condom. Tie it off, Tape it, strap it, w.e into the spot between your scrotum and your thigh so that it is body temperature. Hide a needle or nail or thumbtack somewhere on your body, pop a hold in the tip, fill cup, empty into toilet, KEEP THE CONDOM ON YOU! Most places check the trashcans after you leave.

 

buy some synthetic piss or someones elses piss in a sealed bag and tape it to your leg the morning before the test. Someone told me that a while ago but I don't know how well that works.

Regarding the comments about speeding - some jobs even have issues with their employees getting speeding tickets. Or something that's not even illegal - too much debt. You want a job that disallows such behavior? Don't engage in the behavior. You want the laws changed? Go vote.
