Default Plastic Pouches

We’re about to open a café and I’m looking for a supplier of resealable plastic bags that can be used for freezing and boiling. Preferably designed for single use because we’re going to prepare our meal per order and we need plastic pouches for pre-portioned ingredients. Any recommendations?

This.

You should have a preferred restaurant supplier, and they should have everything you need in bulk and at discount.

And IMHO, find their competitor, and have their number on speed dial.

My friend just came here awhile ago and talked about a plastic bag called boil in bags. If I heard it correctly, she was able to purchased it in a company in Ohio. She said , the latter is a manufacturer of plastic pouches that are approved for freezing and boiling. All sorts of plastic bags are sold there. Maybe, you can just look online for their site and check the exact details with them.
