I would hope non-Asians, like myself, would have enough sense to see Hung as one guy catching a lucky break and not as some kind of symbol of (a very diverse) Asian community.

As for all these absurd claims about him giving other Asians a bad image. BULLLLLLLL!!! I'm Asian and I think it's ridiculous. If you don't look or act like Hung, you have nothing to worry about, don't you? People have eyes and they can tell that you don't fit into the "Will Hung" image, so what's the problem? If other non-Asians think all Asian males are Hung-like, then they're too stupid to be concerned about. A negative racial reflection is when a group of a certain race has done something horrible to reflect that negative image back onto that race. Will Hung has done no such thing. If someone thinks all Asians are like that, then he/she is too ignorant and sad.

I'm done arguing about all this ridiculous bad-mouthing about Will Hung. I'm not so much of a fan, but I like him for being a decent person. I wish him the best, and when it's time for him to go, he'll go away. Plain and simple!

Btw, news flash for you all, Hung doesn't care if people are laughing at him or with him. He's enjoying what he does, and getting paid at the same time. I honestly think that deep down inside, he does know that people are laughing at him. But being a decent and sincere person, he ignores such ridicules and sings with his heart.
