most likely they will be prosecuted... i am not suprised about their behaviour.. after all we are talking about west virginia here.. however, WV last year passed some pretty harsh animal cruetly laws, so I was reading an article today that said that they may prosecute these drop kick artists under the anti-cruetly laws.

 

Some people are just heartless, and plainly evil. That is sad! I wouldn't even hurt a spider or an ant.
