Default Porsche sedan talk

So I'm browsing bimmer.org and check out the Porsche threads on the site. In the Cayenne forum a fella who claims to be a Porsche exec/designer gives some interesting details on a potential sedan from Stuttgart.

Notice that I posted a reply. =) (I try to be brave. Usually doesn't work. =D )

a porsche sedan would be a bad move for porsche. I don't think they should be making that SUV either.

I don't like the SUV idea either. But... VW is making theirs, and I guess ye olde Ferdinand wanted his flaship company to have a version, too.

I think the sedan idea is kind of cool, though. Not necessarily sure that they'll go through with it, but if they do, I'd be interested in reading about it.

Porsche needs to stick to their roots and that is making excellent high performance coupes that can hold their own against the worlds best.
