I picked up a Pioneer AVIC-S1 from Crutchfield, was cheap and works decent enough for me, less than $400, with bluetooth. I didn't really shop for any others though, kind of an impulse buy, I really just wanted the bluetooth part.

"What do you guys like in the lower price point area"

I don't think the 350 is in the lower price area at 500. But I love my 350.

The nuvi has gone down in price these past few months. I paid 480 from newegg right before this past Christmas. The price has gone down again to 450. Click me.

From my own research it seems that Tomtom is just well advertised and a mediocre gps.

Ended up with the Nuvi 350 for under $500. It might have been nice to have Bluetooth but it wasn't really needed.

Thanks for the advise.
