So I got my first cell phone last week (which sounds weird since I'm 34 years old), and I want this cool little Initial-D excerpt as my ring tone, but I'm turning up nothing on my Google searches for my phone (Nokia 3120). Is it possible to convert technologies to make it work?

Secondly, since every cell-phone has a microphone, why don't the manufacturers just put a record option on it and you can just record whatever you want? I know, I know, that'd be too simple.

You can record memos on most phones, and most memos can be converted to ringtones, you just have to know how to do it.
