i know some ppl arent religious and some are, but your prayers or thoughts and suport would be appreciated. We have a need for extra prayers, a few boys from our congregation had a terrible hit and run car accident. And things took a turn for the worse for one of them. Please pray for Corwin. i will post more as i know it. Thanks ahead of time for your support.

ALSO: THIS HAPPENED IN SO CAL IN OC AREA. ANYONE WHO HAS INFO ON THIS CRASH IS GREATLY APPRECIATED. i will post more info on the location if i get it. The car that was hit was a dk grey toyota solara.

This is some of whats going on. I got this yesterday:

Hello, My heart is very heavy this morning we just received word that Corwin, the boy in the car with Dex may not live through this. He has such a multitude of injuries. Basically the only parts of his body that are not broken are his arms and neck. Some of the details we have learned of his injuries make my knees go weak, so I'm not going to mention them. He told Dex and Tony yesterday that he his not going to make it. Yet no one has said this to him.

Please pray God's will is to intervene and save this young man's life. Pray for his family too.

This morning i got this update:

Dex (1st boy in the car) is out of the hospital. Tomorrow Gary (dad of dex) will be taking him to see a Orthopedic surgeon to determine if he needs pins in his arm or just have a cast put on it. One Doctor says pins so this will be our second opinion. He has a neck brace on and has been told by the Neurosurgeon that one dumb move and he can still be paralyzed. He can take his brace off only to sleep and shower.
In the photo where the red bag is, is where Corwin (2nd boy) was found. You can see the metal beams. Corwin remains in ICU at Loma Linda. Today he was supposed to have his third surgery but it was cancelled because he needs blood and there was not enough to proceed. We are checking to see if we can donate.
His Dad told us today he did not speak one word, he was not alert at all. He will be in ICU for months we are told.

Tony's(3rd boy and driver of the car) Father went to see the car. He said that it has metal beams running through it. The insurance investigator said that it was as if these boys were picked up and laid down carefully where they were found because if Corwin were 1/2 and inch either way he would have been pierced by metal beams. The car wreckage had to be removed by a crane because of where it landed. It flew in the air and missed a barbed wired fence. If it landed upside down Tony would be dead. The investigator said that they were lucky they were in a Toyota because it had reinforcements in the roof otherwise they all would have died. Some of the tires were sliced in half.
So many things we see that point to the Lord having His hand on these boys.
A nurse told us that we need to go home and get on our knees and thank God that our sons are alive because last week 6 teens came through the hospital all ejected from the car and all 6 died.

We were told that right now between the ages of 16 and 25 kids are not wearing their seatbelts.
The investigator pointed out several cars in the impound to Tony's Dad and told him all of them had kids ejected and all of them died. I pray these boys realize just how blessed they are to get a second chance.
