I've had Progressive for 5 years. I had an accident in my 03 Accord and they didn't give me a hard time. The accident was deemed no-fault but Progressive used both mine and the other driver's testimony to get me half my deductible back. They also replaced all the damaged parts (over $7000 worth) with genuine Honda parts. I have nothing but positive experience with them.

If its no-fault, then everyone splits 1/2 the damage so progressive didn't do anything special for you, mearly followed the rule of thumb.
