muscle milk is crap.

I use ON pro complex. tastes pretty good. Really good for you too.

GNC wheybolic 60 is also really good and tastes great (lil spendy though) ON makes GNCs protein.


Myofusion is by far the best tasting protein i have every tried hands down.. Iv went through 30 lbs of it so far. I usually buy 10lbs at a time

You should also look into casein protein. its a slower break down. Good if your not going to be eating for awhile (before bed)

I take myofusion when i wake up with breakfast.
pro complex or wheybolic 60 mid aftertoon and right after working out.
casein right before bedtime.

I mix with low fat milk and just a lil bit of water.

quality of the serving. yes it does taste GREAT.

My workout partner uses the wheybolic 60 and Natures Best Zero Carb Isopure in water. iv never had it so i couldnt tell you the taste. I have had the ready to drink one in grape frost flavor and it tasted like watered down grape juice.

For a person like you or myself, the calories really isn't that big of a concern in my opinon. Its not like your are suggesting eating a cliff bar.

I can't get real milk here in Afghanistan, so I mix mine with a small teaspoon of slenda and three tablespoons of yogurt...

not as good as a blender with p-nut butter and bannanas with skim...but it works...














and since im deployed, Amy started using Muscle Milk...Gizz free for 18 months, damn you overlapping deployments!!!

i like to try to stay lean though. Calories do matter for me anyway. I try to take in 3000 a day. Dont want a couple hundred of them waisted in just fat calories from a protein supplement.

I tried the muscle milk for awhile. went through 10lbs of it. (bought 2 5lb tubs)

I had gained 5lbs at the end of it and my waist size went from a 32 to a 34. I usually took it 3-4 times a day. morning, afternoon, pre/post workout, and before bed.

Now I do the myofusion in the morning and pre workout. then i switch off with the wheybolic/pro complex in the afternoon and post workout. then the casein before bed time.

Currently 5'10, 192lbs and about 8-9% body fat.
