Eating doesnt make you fat really, its WHAT you eat.

holy crap?! sounds just like me! I'm about 5'10" 150lbs and I eat like crazy. My big head makes me look even more skinnier! Though I have been working out, I haven't changed much....any tips, pm me yo!
Sounds like me too... If you want to gain weight, eat more and workout (obviously) BUT put good food into your body, dont eat fast / fried food etc.. you will gain the wrong weight.

Im 5"9 143lbs... im just skinny / healthy and yes i hear about it all the time. Dont worry about what they say. people are just fat and its pretty disgusting to see what people throw into there mouths on a daily basis...

about 2 weeks ago i decided i wanted to gain about 20LBS in muscle so ive been drinking 2 protien shakes a day and working about 30-45min a day.

Dayummm!!!

Have you guys tried weight gainers (i.e. gaining powders)? If you drink it a couple times daily, they'd have to increase your weight by a few pounds; albeit as soon as you stop, you'll lose those pounds anyway.

I was really hoping I'd gain weight by now.

My dad & my 2 uncles were skinny bastards until around their mid to late 20s, then they just started gaining weight. Not a lot of weight, just got to be more "normal." My dad was is 6'1'' and always was around 185-210ish.

I'm 5'11'' and I'm always between 120-125lbs.

I figured maybe my metabolism would slow down by now, but nope.

I eat ALL the time. I eat junkfood, drink a lot of pop, I sit on my ass all day working from home with website stuff......I do everything lazy fat people do, I just can't gain weight to save my life.

I tried weightgainer shakes, tried working out - but that seemed to just give me a more "ripped" skeleton...lol.

Why oh why do I have to have the body of a female supermodel?!!?

lol.

At least I'm my own racing weight reduction, I guess.

If you were to seriously track your caloric intake to make sure you were eating above your maintenance level, you would gain weight. You may have a high metabolism, but you just need to find out the amount of calories you burn per day. Then, exceed that by 300-500.

I can't imagine I burn a lot of calories a day by sitting in front of this computer probably 8-10 hours a day.

I don't run, ride a bike, or do anything really where I could see myself burning a lot of calories anyways.

Everyone else I know who sits on there ass all day, they all ballooned up.

(sigh)

I wanna be fat damn it!
