I'm 6'1 or 6'2 and 160. People have always told me I'm skinny. I don't think so, but...

I don't hear that as much anymore--I'm usually with my wife, who's 5'2 and might hit 95 pounds after a big meal. She's thin as a rail.

i think i am pretty healthy but some people say i need to eat more I have been gaining weight slowly you have to eat ridiculious amounts of food. I am 5' 10" about 145-150 and i have to eat like 3,000 calories a day and something like 450 grams of carbs. Eatting a lot of healthy food and working out and just time will get the job done. You really dont start seeing results until like 3 to 6 months of dedication. People say it should be fun and easy eatting a bunch of food but its not it gets old eatting the same stuff with tons of protein like chicken, cottage chesse, protein shakes, eggs, fish it all taste great in the begining but after a month it gets old.

^ OP I will trade you bodies lol.

6'2 280lbs. I used to be 340 but have lost some weight. My next goal is 220lbs.

And ill still be bigger than you haha.

As far as not being able to make fun of big people, I used to get it all the time.

For the guy who said that its hard to ea all the time, well its not for me. I could eat all day long until I was so stuffed that I couldnt move. Believe me ive done this. Its not a great feeling.

At first it is easy to lose weight, but after that certain point you have to start really trying. Its just like you guys that cant gain weight but backwards.

Id rather be overlly skinny than fat anyday.

I would just stick with the skinny jokes instead of gaining weight.

5'11'' 145 lbs here

Always get shit for being too skinny. I need to start eating right and start working out again. The best thing about being skinny is that you have a instantaneous advantage over the bigger guy in go karting
