sirrach, this may sound rhetorical but all things happen for a reason. I agree some women do not like nice guys but if she was meant to be yours she will be.
How do you truly know that she is the one? sometimes we think we are complete sure of things which turns out later to be completely wrong.
Gone through this crap before over 7 yrs ago. My ex has regretted it ever since and has ended up with other guys which have not made her happy.
I have moved on and have a good lady.

The reason I know she is the one, is because I've been in love before and I still knew that they were not the person for me. She was kind of a love at first sight and it only got better from there on. She is exactly what I want in a woman, and we have similar drives and I love her family and morals. I know if I moved on I am sure I could eventually find someone else, but I think she is worth fighting for.
cyber_x, I tried letting her do her own thing but it is hard being away from her. When I didn't call or see her she asked asked me why we weren't seeing each other so we started seeing each other again. I understand she is only 21 and probably got cold feet, but like I said earlier it just doesn't make sense that she would flip 360 degrees so quickly. She still tells me that she thinks we will end up back together and get married, but how long do I wait? I don't know.
I feel like I don't deserve this and I should move on, but I want to work things out with her in the long run so I'm stuck in between. I should just live my own life and if we end up together great, if not then that is what was in store for us.

Yes I agree, I think I need to stop focusing on how I can fix things, and just live life. If she truly loves me like she says she does then it will all work out in the end. So that means I'll just have to take out the S more and go for more
