This is EXACTLY what I did. Every time I got the urge I would hop in the car and VTEC which pumped me full of adrenaline. High adrenaline = low urge.

I didn't smoke but I dipped Copenhagen for 22 years. I told my wife if I bought the S2000 I would quit dipping. It'll be 2 years November 11.
