i dunno. i guess that could be true. i was thinking that since chase does these reward points for when you use it as a CC, that is when they get a cut. when you use debit i dunno

 

It's not ILLEGAL it's against the agreement the stores sign with the credit card companies - that's a big difference.

Also not all CC agreements are the same and some allow it.

Also Debit cards are not the same as cash there is a charge to the store to process your debit card.
