Please tell me that was photoshopped, (or taken out of context - perhaps a kid just passed that book to him, jacket is on upside down or something). As much as I like to make fun of Dubya, that's pretty friggin sad...

It's fake. In the original, he's actually on the left side of the girl. That is a picture taken on the morning of Sept. 11, 2001.
