ive heard at least a dozen stories of people not getting police reports at the scene and people then chaning their stories, fake info, etc.. and thus leaving the victim to hang. you should ALWAYS get a police report.
I could not agree more.

hope u are alright man...it can always be repaired...
you should have slapped the bitch too...when u rear-end someone...u shut and pay the f£$k up...she should have paid more attention...
Thanks, I'm doing good. Just a stiff back and back. Nothing the muscle relaxer isn't taking care of. I wanted to slap her. As as the accident happened the first word out of my fiance was relax don't do anything stupid.

TO OP: Be very careful... I had a minor fender bender in a parking lot (lady was backing up, I was waiting for her spot and obviously she didnt see me, so she backed into my front bumper maybe doing 2mph) and there was NO visible damage whatsoever... a month went buy and I noticed my paint started cracking where it was hit , sucks because I told the lady not to worry about it since there was no visible damage

I painted the car, and can always repair it if that did happen. Her insurance adjuster called me this morning, but I was sleeping. I called back but got his voice mail. I'm def bringing it somewhere to get checked out to make sure everything is ok. I'll take it to Honda if I have to, doesn't matter to me as long as it can get checked out by a professional that knows what he/she is doing.

Don't post then Keith.

i had the same thing happen to me 2 weeks ago. im now sitting here with a neck brace and bad bad neck and back pains. The lady that hit me got out yelling she has a family to feed. She didnt have insurance but my insurance is paying for the rear bumper, exhaust and pain and suffering. I was at a stop light, 1 car lenght back and noticed the car coming faster and closer and closer, i slammed it in 1st drove forward and to the left real fast and she still hit me and kept going. never hit her brakes or anything. I would not settle insurnce untill you are 100% positive you are fine and all pain is gone. Once you sign then a day later you could be in massive pain, or find something broken or what not but you are out of luck. Sorry to hear it happened. get well

Did you get her plate croft? How did you end up catching her if she hit you and kept going? I have a neck brace as well. It does help.
