Reccomendations on verizon phone
i guess i should chime in?
samsung phones will be the smallest i think. the LG8300 is great too. i would go with the LG for performance, and maybe samsung phones if you want a small phone.
The razr sucks and we all know it. people buy it cause they want it to look cool. They should already have heard all the people over at cingular complain about the razr. and if they are stupid enough to think motorola fixed it for VZ, they are in for a surprise.
I think VZ is going to be launching a nokia flip as well.

My contract is up in a few days as well, and I'm going with the choclate even though I could care less about the music aspect of it. LG quality + it's a clean looking phone. I used to want the RAZR but it seems like everyone and their mother has it. Okay, honestly...who's momma has it?
Well, I'm not gonna scroll down the entire page, so I'll just tell you waht I have.
I have a Nokia 6236i. Like this one:

It's only 1 of 2 that are not flip phones I hate flip phones, such a pain in the ass. Besides, they have too much of a Star Trek feeling about them and I'm just not that geeky
The 6236i very rarely drops calls. It features web & email access (which includes news on the latest F1 happenings), camera, an appointment organizer and a few other things I can't think of right now.
I din't like Nokia when I had one a few years ago and I was skeptical about getting one again, but like I said, it's only 1 of 2 that's not a flip phone (the other one also being a Nokia). But this is holding up much better than the other one I had about 5 or 6 yrs ago, so Nokia has come a long way.
That's my opinion.

I was just in a Verizon store, and as far as Bluetooth goes, they provide instructions for activating it on the Razr V3M. They don't recommend it on the older V2 model, something to do with excessive battery use. But if you upgrade the battery on the older one, then the bluetooth isn't such an issue. Either way, Verizon is happy to activate it in the store for you and show you how to add more devices to it.
