Recommendations for an FM antenna

I've been using a dipole antenna but I can't get in a local radio station that is only 10mi as the crow flies. Granted the station is only 10k watts, not the usual 50k watts. Anyone know of good FM antennas? I live in an apartment so I can't put anything on the roof.
