Default Report: Kobe's Accuser recently overdosed on Pills

Credibility is already tarnished, and the trial hasn't even started yet, good news for Kobe.

How does that affect credibility?

what it DOES show is that she is emotionally extreme..proving she may overreact to situation..

the fact remains kobe DID commit adultery....I personally dont think he raped her...just seems he would only loose out in that situation and it seems easy enough for me to find someone to sleep with and hes famous/rich/good looking/etc etc...

ah well....sucks when you make a mistake and get called out on it : /....but I dont think he will face any criminal punishment...however I feel sorry for his wife/child

Well it kills her credibility because it proves that she's not stable, hysterical, and over-reactive (according to another lawyer).. the article goes on to say that this kind of information, if exploited by the defense can end this trial very swiftly, maybe even have it thrown out of court.

Im not a lawyer heh...it seems that is kinda sad that a (possible) mistake in extenuating circumstances could negate her story

ya, true... but history is sometimes the entire basis of a defense strategy.. past actions can determine your character, and if you are succeptable to commit a crime, or, in this case, any irratic behaviour.. remember all they need is to inject reasonable doubt into the jury... An all american girl who has a clean record has better odds of pinning Kobe Bryant for sexual assault than a crack addict from the corner claiming the same thing. (Just comparing two extremes)

Well, if you ever get framed or anything, no matter how bad your reputation is, they still need evidence .. If you were framed real well, and had a bad rep, well then count your blessings, and hope you get chance for prohbation

If you were accused of being a whore, I would just offer a plea-bargain and rat out another fellow whore of your choice cuz you wouldn't stand a chance with that PPD avg.
