Default Rich Dad, Poor Dad

Well I just finished reading this book by Robert T. Kiyosaki. The book's title Rich Dad, Poor Dad. I really gained absolutely nothing besides the fact he doesn't really like educational people and he makes it seem like getting rich is "easy". The whole book just talks about surface things but doesn't really give any details on anything.

I just want to know if any fellow s2ki members read the book and what are you guys/gals thought on this book? If there are any REAL books out there, that can educate me on real estate, and stock that you guys/gals would reccommended.

TIA,
-Alan

Edited for error in gammar.

agreed, i was a kiyosaki nut hugger for a while, he makes sense in a lot of the things he says, but oversimplifies it. in the real world, a lot of factors come into play that cannot be predicted.
john t reed does a very good job of debunking him, and i thank him for showing me the light on kiyosaki.
whereas it is true that it is better to become wealthy by being a business owner, u can still be fairly well off by climbing the corporate ladder, u just have to jumo thru more hoops. i recommend own business, as i am a business owner myself.
