Damn, Rolling Hills is expensive. I knew people up there were rich, but I didn't think they had to be that wealthy to live there.

There's a residential Resort here in Hawaii that just a basic LOT goes for $1.7million. Ocean side LOTS goes for $10-12 Million!! And these are just for the lots itself. These people still have to build!! There's a house that's built on 3 oceanside lots, Huge house!!! You do the math! You have to be on a waiting list for the new development to buy real estate at this resort. Plus there is a $150,000 membership fee to have access to all the amenities, (golfing on the 2 golf courses, spa, residential services, and much more)
There are some of the wealthiest billionaires that lives there, but I can't get into names. Some are full time residential homeowners, but most comes and goes.

Not a city, but if you want to talk $$$$$$$, the people who lives there has lots and lots of it.

According to the last census Rancho Santa Fe, CA was the richest w/ avg per capita income of $130K
