right side of my body tingling/numb
started with my right big toe where it felt numb for a few days, now i'm feeling numbness and tingling sensations on my right side - mainly this slight burning sensation down my right leg all the way to the toe, and my right arm is now feeling a bit numb in the triceps area, right fingers are tingling a bit as well. feelings kinda go away when i'm standing but is there while i'm lying down...so yeah, thanks to the Internet i have been conjuring up scary scenarios but most likely i pulled something while stretching a few days ago and now it's affecting my nerves hence the posture related issues.

Got health insurance?
Just go.
Just go.
If your not a doctor then I wouldn't say it is not life threatening. If I had body parts start to lose feeling I would check it out. Kinda like saying that you are slightly losing your eye sight but not really.
Just saying I would rather go to the doctor for something minor in case it can lead to something major rather then wait till my body won't move lol. Because usually when someone has something major wrong with them there where small signs prior to the major issue.
Like my fiancée for example. She had a small bump in her neck. Once she got it checked out it turned out to be her lymph notes where swollen and after some tests she ended up having cancer.

Numbness on one side *can* indicate a stroke, have a friend check to see your smile is symmetrical and that you grip strength is the same in both
hands.
Any loss of bowel or bladder is an emergency.
Regardless, see your Dr.

Pinched nerve, probably from improper stretching methodology and I got a lecture on warming up and slowly stretching and taking it easy because I'm no longer a young man, etc. BP OK, diabetes (not yet), need to lose weight (what else is new?), no stroke. I don't smoke nor drink alcohol (anymore) so that's not a factor.
Thanks everyone!
