right side of my body tingling/numb
I've decided to back off on the Chiropractor and going to make an appt. for physical therapist and doing some light stretching plus strength building in abs/back muscle exercises.
Going on a diet/reduce my weight by 20lbs will be the best solution, IMO.

I'm a pain Specialist so I will do my best to sort this out.
1st of all - Tell us more! Any recent trauma? Did you help your friend move? Did you do any overhead work - weights, painting, framing? Any numbness or tingling on the Left. Any neck pain, headaches and Bladder or Bowel symptoms.
2nd - You don't have a diagnosis. Numbness in hands or feet can be a Disc, Peripheral Neuropathy or MS. So the 1st thing you need to do is a see a M.D. Ideally an PM&R physician or Neurologist. Get a Diagnosis!! You can't start treatment without a diagnosis. for eg. if your car was making funny sounds from the front. Wouldn't you want the mechanic to figure out what it is before replacing engine or suspension parts! After you get a diagnosis(which at times can be tricky) then start a course of medications and P.T. or D.C.(Doctor of Chiropractic). A D.C. can be a valuable tool if used for the right diagnosis.
PM me if you have more questions and please don't just listen to advice on the internet. You need a qualified doctor to examine you!
