RIP XP
Windows boot slower, Macs closes out slower. But still much faster than Windoze boots.
I can simply close the lid on my Powerbook and Mac goes to sleep. My PC has to be told to go to sleep. (hibernate)
I can run Windoze on my Mac. I can't do anything Mac on my Windoze.
On my Mac I can open, play with, save and send files back to my PC for it to use.
I can open more websites and their attachments with my Mac than with my PC.
I don't let my PC talk to the outside world while I surf everywhere with my Mac. That's the only way to prevent viruses on my PC.
I spend 50 times (ok, maybe that's an exageration, but not much of one) the amount of time simply maintaining my PC than I do my Mac.

I hate people that use Mac. I use a PC and my computer is just as fast as the day I bought it, has NEVER had a virus, nor does it ever crash. Just because you are too ignorant to use a PC does not mean you need to put it down.

Because of their ignorance. I guess I did not state this clearly enough.
So let me ask you this: I use a Mac - am I ignorant?
Fwiw, over the past 3 years, over 50% of Mac sales are former Windows users - people well aware of what Windows offers who chose Apple's OS over it. I'm guessing they're not that ignorant as they have practical experience behind their decisions.
Stereotype much?
