Default rsx-S - hytech mods

Potentially "off topic" but

http://www.vtec.net/articles/view-article?...ticle_id=101836

All I can say development for the K20 is amazing - that is a 155% increase in power over stock! - Note that it is dynoed on a dyno pack - and also the fact that FWD has less drive train loss -

Yes - it will be interesting to see what "2.2l" engine they will be putting in the next s2000 (ie. the rumoured '04 version) -

Given the supposed superior flow characterisitics of the f20c over the k20a - we need to see some development on the s2000 front!

impressive gains. an extra 100hp with not a whiff of boost in sight. notice peak torque is actually coming in a little lower and theres more torque everywhere.

is S2k dead and beaten? probably not, some honda engineers have made a s2k make 300hp on stock cams 100% NA also.

Hy-tech is def. high end high dollar stuff. It's very popular on Honda tech. Their header beat out everybody else on Integra Type R. And their turbo kit. Water/Air intercooler is one of the best for B series.

Anywhere I can read more about the 2.2 liter s2000 coming out in 04?

who know is there is going to be a 2.2 liter... i read about it in road and track or whatever... but really who knows... either way though, i suspect honda will make some drastic improvements for 2004. with every other car manufacturer increasing power on all their performance vehicles, honda will need to step up the s2k to get an edge on the competition.
