RSX Type S
Just drove a RSX Type S.
I liked the seats and steering wheel. Pedals were close enough to heel-toe effectively.
It was a pretty good car. I drove the piss out of it with the early 20-something sales guy in the passenger seat. I hit about 110 on a two lane backroad and took an on ramp at 7000rpm and the tires squealing the whole way around.
It is pretty quiet. I may be used to my Teg and the S2000, however. The powerband was smooth and would get to redline in no time. Seemed to be pretty quick. Need more aggressive tires as I had them protesting on all turns. chirping second was no problem. The clutch was light, but strong. There is no center console between the seats and that seemed kind of cheap.
Overall - pretty good daily driver. I will wait for the new ITR to get here - let's just hope the Teg holds up for me (127,000 miles and counting).
