also, it blows my mind that anyone would argue that the s2000 was in the wrong...
Your mind must have been blown elsewhere because no one in this discussion said the minivan driver was not at fault or was not wrong. Every single post in this thread agreed that the minivan driver had to have driven through a red light since the light on the S2000's side was green and then yellow, but not red.
Not from this discussion but from reading the original reddit thread and youtube channel, some people actually have the nerve to place the blame on the s2000.

The s2000 ran a yellow (legal)
Van ran a red (illegal)

There shouldn't even be a debate lol

You don't know that. You met her? You read the police reports? You know for a fact she is purposefully lying? I didn't see any evidence of that in the video. All we actually "know" is what we saw in the video.

We have no idea what she did or didn't see. It's a known fact that people make mistakes, don't even realize it, and it doesn't make them worthy of being called an expletive here.
Wow. You're "brave." Support a fellow s2k owner. We KNOW that this BITCH ran a red light and selfishly caused an accident. Regardless she needs to grow the hell up and realize how her shit driving impacts others. I hold no mercy to f@#k ups that do not genuinely care about the safety of others. There are many satistics that show women drivers are responsible for more wrecks than men and many of the wrecks are caused by texting. Not claiming she was texting. Just blows my mind how someone (you) could possibly empathize with a piece of shit (my opinion) that could have been responsible for taking an innocent life.

Well, this went from a car accident to a trainwreck.
