An S2Ki member wants to sue me.. :)
This isn't so tough, ship it to him with shipping charges paid by receiver.
If he decides it really isn't worth his $40 or $50 when the wing is sitting there in front of him with a delivery guy waiting for pay and sign off, then he can decline receipt, send it back and launch his law suit.
Now I'm just questioning why I contributed to this fail of a thread.
* Just noticed your "I'm shipping it back" at the top.

Why would I buy it if I knew it wasn't the one I needed?
You mean to say that I THOUGHT it was the one I needed, but I decided I want the S2000-wing? If that's the case, then no, I knew I wanted the S2000-specific wing.

I didn't mean that. I believe that you always knew what you needed. This guy never clearly stated that the wing was for the S2000. He said it would fit an S2000. I agree that he was dancing around it and that he was trying to mislead you. It's just that you were never 100% sure it was the wing you wished it to be. Maybe the price was low enough to tempt you into taking the chance.

Thank you for illustrating that better than I did.

I would also like it if he paid for shipping.
I would also like it if people who dinged your car in a parking lot left $50 bills under your windshields for PDR.
I would also like it if people didn't litter and didn't drink and drive.
That's what I think would be optimal.
That's not what I think is realistic.
I think you're idealistic.

Get rid of the drama, ship the little puke his wing back.

Right my ass. Personally, I would snap the wing in 2, and ship it back. I hate shady sellers more than anything, and the guy doesn't deserve anything but herpes for putting you through this BS.

Original seller gets his wing.
You don't pay for shipping.
