You're equating two very similar versions of a cheesy ass ricer wing to a rock and an intake? Really?

You're being a little girl.

You should follow up your PMs to this guy with a "Naa naa na boo boo!"

IMO time is money. Youve wasted hours of your own time stressing over what is essentially $40. From what I can tell, you plan on wasting many more hours.

Is it really worth wasting 40+ hours of your life over $40? Just ship the thing back, chalk it up as a lesson learned, and move on.

I think this discussion has gone on long enough. For situations like this, there's only one logical solution that's fair for both parties...

Visit The Art Of Manliness and select one of 10 Manly Feats of Strength and have at it. My vote is for One Legged Elbow Wrestling!

The fail is strong in this thread. Be a big boy: send the wing back, and start a negative feedback thread. All this whining and posturing over a fawking shipping charge. Both buyer and seller need t grow up...

He is bluffing by the way. Disputes worth $450 go to small claims court which do not involve lawyers. He could serve you with a small claims court action.

You should just return the wing as you are actually in possession of property you do not rightfully own. In my opinion, you have now stolen this wing from him because your credit card company made you whole again on the transaction. Also consider the value of your time you have wasted getting into a pissing match with this guy over shipping costs.

Suck it up, send it back and reflect on the lessons you have learned from buying car parts on the internet.

I'm not sure if you read any of my posts, but I've said a long time ago that I willl ship the wing back. I'm not really wasting time here. Negative feedback thread has already been created, basically. I just wanted to make a post about how shitty some people are.

While the seller may have been misleading about which wing it was, I think you knew deep down that it wasn't the one you needed.

Send it back now and be done.

Get used to it. Life's too short. Extricate yourself and move on.

I am fairly certain that when it comes to chargebacks, you DO NOT have to return the goods in question. I have charged back many times, and NEVER once had I had to return the product. Do more research on the subject, and do whatever you can to keep the money and the wing.
