Then that would make the OP a thief. Are you suggesting that he steal the wing?

^ He may not legally be required to return it, I don't know, but it sure is right to return it. Sometimes the right thing to do isn't the right thing to do.

I am fairly certain that when it comes to chargebacks, you DO NOT have to return the goods in question. I have charged back many times, and NEVER once had I had to return the product. Do more research on the subject, and do whatever you can to keep the money and the wing.
That's pretty sketchy.

In a true chargeback it's because the product is unusable.

That's not the case here.

I understand. Neither PayPal or my credit card company told me to do anything, but I don't think it's right to keep the wing, but I also don't think I should pay to return it.

While the seller may have been misleading about which wing it was, I think you knew deep down that it wasn't the one you needed.

Send it back now and be done.
Why would I buy it if I knew it wasn't the one I needed? You mean to say that I THOUGHT it was the one I needed, but I decided I want the S2000-wing? If that's the case, then no, I knew I wanted the S2000-specific wing.

Right my ass. Personally, I would snap the wing in 2, and ship it back. I hate shady sellers more than anything, and the guy doesn't deserve anything but herpes for putting you through this BS.
